CANCELLATIONS

Here at Skin Laine I am committed to providing my wonderful clients with
outstanding service. My small business is extremely busy and if a booking is
cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being seen.
I totally understand that cancellations are inevitable and that sometimes life gets in
the way of appointments. I ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of
cancellation of appointment. Cancellations can be made via my booking system or
emailing Skinlaine@outlook.com.
If you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendmen, I reserve the
right to charge 50% of the cost associated with an appointment cancellation and
100% charge for no shows or cancelled on the day of appointment.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment on the day. In the case of a
late arrival for an appointment I regrettably cannot guarantee the full allocated
duration of the appointment out of courtesy to my next client. In this situation
clients will incur the full cost of the treatment.
